How do you remove Memova? Does it affect providers other than TalkTalk?

My email service is affected by TalkTalk “time out” – the broadband provider’s form of security since being allegedly hacked by 15 year old.

Each time there is a timeout, Memova appears but does not function so it requires logging in to the TalkTalk email service again.

It looks as though this affects Tiscali and TalkTalk (same stable). No doubt you have gone to the TalkTalk forums where there are a lot of posts (and anger) at this problem. I may have the wrong end of the stick but it appears it may be associated with a hardware email screening solution marketed by Kaspersky called Critical Path (Google “Kaspersky Memova”). The TalkTalk forums suggest that this is a problem that is being thrown up by a system interface but it should not be being exposed to users, only sysadmins. Having said that, I could not find any solutions that have worked, so a complaint to TalkTalk may be the most effective way forward. It must be frustrating for you. Try a good provider, if you can, like Plusnet.
